We want to ensure our customers have the best user experience possible! To make that happen, we have some Terms of Use that we ask all our wedding entertainers, suppliers and website users to adhere to. Breaches of this Policy and of the Policies referred to herein, will be dealt with accordingly. Thanks in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
If you are available and interested in an event, please respond to the requests for quotes within 12 hours of receiving the notification.
If you are unavailable or not interested, please dismiss the event from your dashboard.By using this website, Entertainers agree that any promotional material, photos, and other documentation will not contain any contact information which can be viewed by potential customers. Furthermore, Entertainers agree that any material that is uploaded and contains contact information will be amended by the Administrator of this site. Providing contact information to couples prior to them paying the booking fee disqualifies them from our Booking Guarantee.
Service Providers, Entertainers, Venues and Wedding Planners agree that they retain full ownership and Copyright in the information uploaded to the site and provide Music For My Wedding with full, and unlimited permission to use this information in the promotion of the website and its users.
Users (including visitors) of the Music For My Wedding website are prohibited from and agree they will not undertake the following including but not limited to:
* copy, disseminate, distribute or store any: images, content, copies of webpages and the data contained within them via bots, scraping, algorithms or other means to third-parties or others (including personal use) for financial interest or gain, or use in claims of copyright, failure, misuse or misrepresentation;
* obtain unauthorised access to, or interfering by any means with, any user, system, network, service, or account, including evasion of filters or violation of the security or integrity of any network or system;
* access, tamper with, copy and / or distribute including to third-parties or personal use, or use non-public areas of parts of the Services, or shared areas of the Services you haven’t been invited to;
* extract or attempt to extract sensitive information not publicly available via bots, scraping, algorithms or other means, and store, share, copy, distribute or disseminate with third-parties or others, including for personal use, for financial interest or gain, or use in claims of copyright, failure, misuse or misrepresentation;
