Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy is to ensure acceptable practices regarding the use of the Music For My Wedding website Information Resources in order to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information created, collected, and maintained and used in a safe, lawful and equitable manner.

This Acceptable Use Policy is intended to provide a framework for use of the Music For My Wedding resources. It applies to all computing, telecommunication and website content. All visitors to this website and users of the Service (the “client”, “user”, “you”, or “your”) must comply with this policy. If you or your business or organisation do not agree to comply with this Policy, you must immediately cease use of the Service and notify Music For My Wedding so that it can close your account (if you have one).

Definitions: Unless otherwise defined herein, or in the Agreement between Customer and Music For My Wedding, all capitalised terms used with this AUP have the following meaning:

  1. “Customer” means a person, business or it’s representative with a current agreement with Music For My Wedding for the purchase of Service(s) or a user of a free account.
  2. “User” means any individual, entity, or process that interacts with any Music For My Wedding website and Information Resource
  3. “Customer Data” means: (i) Content; (ii) Submitted Data and (iii) Visitor Data
  4. “Intellectual Property Rights” means copyrights, software domain names, trademarks, service marks, designs and registrations and applications thereof, data and documentation, trade secrets and know-how (including but not limited to development and website information, specifications, plans, proposals, and technical data).
  5. “Services” means the specific Saas (Software as a Service) product(s) of Music For My Wedding specified in customer emails and correspondence including any related Documentation, and excluding any Third-Party Products. The Service(s) include access to the features and functionalities made available by Music For My Wedding from time to time.

Audience The Music For My Wedding Acceptable Use Policy applies to any individual, entity, or process that interacts with any Music For My Wedding website and Information Resource.

Policy

Acceptable Use Users are responsible for complying with Music For My Wedding policies when using the Music For My Wedding information resources. If requirements or responsibilities are unclear, please seek assistance from the Privacy Officer.

  • obtain unauthorised access to, or interfering by any means with, any user, system, network, service, or account, including evasion of filters or violation of the security or integrity of any network or system;
  • access, tamper with, copy and / or distribute including to third-parties or personal use, or use non-public areas of parts of the Services, or shared areas of the Services you haven’t been invited to;
  • extract or attempt to extract sensitive information not publicly available via bots, scraping, algorithms or other means, and store, share, copy, distribute or disseminate with third-parties or others, including for personal use, for financial interest or gain, or use in claims of copyright, failure, misuse or misrepresentation;
  • access, search or create accounts for the Services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces (for example, “scraping” or creating accounts in bulk);
  • send unsolicited communications, promotions or advertisements or spam;
  • send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including “spoofing” or “phishing”;
  • promote or advertise services other than your own without appropriate authorisation

You
* Users must not purposely engage in activity that may
* harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse others;
* degrade the performance of Music For My Wedding website and Information Resources;
* deprive authorised Music For My Wedding personnel access to a Music For My Wedding Information Resource;
* obtain additional resources beyond those allocated;
* or circumvent Music For My Wedding computer security measures.

  • All inventions, intellectual property, and proprietary information, including reports, drawings, blueprints, software codes, computer programs, data, writings, and technical information, developed on Music For My Wedding and/or using Music For My Wedding Information Resources are the property of Music For My Wedding .
  • Use of encryption should be managed in a manner that allows designated Music For My Wedding personnel to promptly access all data.
  • Music For My Wedding Information Resources are provided to facilitate company business and should not be used for personal financial gain.
  • Users are expected to cooperate with incident investigations, including any federal or state investigations.
  • Users are expected to respect and comply with all legal protections provided by patents, copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights for any software and/or materials viewed, used, or obtained using Music For My Wedding website and Information Resources.
  • Users should not intentionally access, create, store or transmit material which Music For My Wedding may deem to be offensive, indecent, or obscene.

Access Management
* Access to information is based on a "need to know".
* Users are permitted to use only those website services issued to them by Music For My Wedding Terms of Use and should not attempt to access any data or programs contained on Music For My Wedding systems for which they do not have authorisation or explicit consent.
* All remote access connections made to internal Music For My Wedding networks and/or environments must be made through approved, and Music For My Wedding -provided, virtual private networks (VPNs).
* Users should not divulge any access information to anyone not specifically authorised to receive such information, including IT support personnel.
* Users must not share their (personal authentication information, including:

* Security Tokens (i.e. Smartcard),
* Multi-factor authentication information
* Digital certificates,
* Similar information or devices used for identification and authentication purposes.

Authentication/Passwords
* All users are required to maintain the confidentiality of personal authentication information.
* All passwords, including initial and/or temporary passwords, must be constructed, and implemented according to the following Music For My Wedding rules:
* Must meet all requirements including minimum length, complexity, and reuse history.
* Must not be easily tied back to the account owner by using things like username, nickname, relative’s names, birth date, etc.
* Must not be the same passwords used for non-business purposes.
* Unique passwords should be used for each system, whenever possible.
* User account passwords must not be divulged to anyone. Music For My Wedding support personnel and/or contractors should never ask for user account passwords.
* If the security of a password is in doubt, the password should be changed immediately.
* Users should not circumvent password entry with application remembering, embedded scripts or hard coded passwords in client software.

Email and Electronic Communication
* Electronic communications should not misrepresent the originator or Music For My Wedding.
* Users are responsible for the accounts assigned to them and for the actions taken with their accounts.
* Accounts must not be shared without prior authorisation from Music For My Wedding , with the exception of calendars and related calendaring functions.
* Any personal use of Music For My Wedding provided messaging should not:
* Involve solicitation.
* Be associated with any political entity
* Have the potential to harm the reputation of Music For My Wedding.
* Forward chain emails.
* Contain or promote anti-social or unethical behaviour.
* Violate local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations.
* Result in unauthorized disclosure of Music For My Wedding confidential information.
* Or otherwise violate any other Music For My Wedding policies.
* Users should only send confidential information using approved secure electronic messaging solutions.
* Users should use caution when responding to, clicking on links within, or opening attachments included in electronic communications.
* Users should use discretion in disclosing confidential information in communications with potential customers.

Internet
* The Internet must not be used to communicate Music For My Wedding confidential or internal information, unless with prior approval.
* Use of the Internet with Music For My Wedding networking or server resources must only be used for business-related activities. Unapproved activities include, but are not limited to: * Recreational games,
* Streaming media,
* Personal social media,
* Accessing or distributing pornographic or sexually oriented materials,
* Attempting or making unauthorized entry to any network or computer accessible from the Internet.
* Or otherwise violate any other Music For My Wedding policies.

Privacy
* Information created, sent, received, or stored on Music For My Wedding website are not private and may be accessed by Music For My Wedding personnel at any time, under the direction of Music For My Wedding executive management and/or Human Resources, without knowledge of the user or resource owner.
* Music For My Wedding may log, review, and otherwise utilise any information stored on or passing through its Information Resource systems.
* Systems Administrators, Music For My Wedding IT, and other authorised Music For My Wedding personnel may have privileges that extend beyond those granted to standard business personnel. Personnel with extended privileges should not access files and/or other information that is not specifically required to carry out a user related task.

Social Media
* Communications made with respect to social media should be made in compliance with all applicable Music For My Wedding policies.
* Users are personally responsible for the content they publish online.
* Creating any public social media account intended to represent Music For My Wedding , including accounts that could reasonably be assumed to be an official Music For My Wedding account, requires the permission of the Music For My Wedding Management.
* When discussing Music For My Wedding or Music For My Wedding -related matters, you should:
* Identify yourself by name,
* Identify whether you are an Music For My Wedding representative, and
* Make it clear that you are speaking for yourself and not on behalf of Music For My Wedding , unless you have been explicitly approved to do so.
* Users should not misrepresent their role at Music For My Wedding.
* When publishing Music For My Wedding -relevant content online in a personal capacity, a disclaimer should accompany the content. An example disclaimer could be; “The opinions and content are my own and do not necessarily represent Music For My Wedding ’s position or opinion.”
* Content posted online should not violate any applicable laws (i.e. copyright, fair use, financial disclosure, or privacy laws).
* The use of discrimination (including age, sex, race, colour, creed, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, gender expression, national origin, citizenship, disability, or marital status or any other legally recognised protected basis under federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or ordinances) in published content that is affiliated with Music For My Wedding will not be tolerated.
* Confidential information, internal communications and non-public financial or operational information may not be published online in any form.
* Personal information belonging to customers may not be published online.
* Personnel approved to post, review, or approve content on Music For My Wedding social media sites must follow the Music For My Wedding Social Media Management Procedures.

Incidental Use
* As a convenience to Music For My Wedding users, incidental use of Information Resources is permitted. The following restrictions apply:
* Incidental use should not result in direct costs to Music For My Wedding.
*Incidental use should not interfere with the normal performance of an Music For My Wedding’s duties.
* No files or documents may be sent or received that may cause legal action against, or embarrassment to, Music For My Wedding or its customers.
* All information located on Music For My Wedding Information Resources are owned by Music For My Wedding may be subject to open records requests and may be accessed in accordance with this policy.

Waivers

Waivers from certain policy provisions may be sought following the Music For My Wedding Waiver Process.

Breach of this policy

When we consider that a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) has occurred, we may take actions as we deem appropriate.

Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of the terms of use, upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
1. Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.
2. Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contribution uploaded by you to our site.
3. Issue a warning to you.
4. Legal proceedings against you for the reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from this breach.
5. Further legal action against you.
6. Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.
