Full Bio

Georgie's is the combination of 3 married, experienced professional musicians who have dedicated their lives to their families, music and making people happy! A wedding is never simply a gig to them, it is an opportunity for them to share in the best day of someone's life.

The members in Georgie's (Michael, Mark and Sean) are experienced professionals. They have all toured extensively, studied the arts and refined their craft.

Michael is an amazing singer/songwriter who has played shows all over the world; he has worked hard to obtain his success in the music industry.

Mark has established himself as one of the region's most sought after musicians. He's a formally trained bass player who glues the band together.

Sean is a true veteran on the Australian music scene. Not just a brilliant drummer, he is also a well rounded musician and all round super nice guy!

Georgie's band members are all happily married men that have had their own weddings, attended many more and played at 100's collectively. My point is that Georgie's know what is important during a wedding. We know when to turn volumes down and become background music. We know how to read a crowd and pick a song accordingly. We know when it's time to party!!! Your special day will be in safe, experienced hands.

Considering the wealth of experience, high quality gear and level of musicianship that Georgie's offers, they are priced very reasonably!

Additional Charges

We can supply all break and dinner music, for an additional $100 or if you'd prefer to supply your own MP3/iPod or phone we will run it through our PA for no cost of course.

We can also provide MC services for an additional $200 and we will run the reception from initial housekeeping and directions on where the bathrooms are, introducing dinner and dessert to the introduction of speeches, cake cutting, organising the goodbye circle etc if necessary and everything in between. Please let us know your requirements and we'll do everything we can to assist.

Notes

We also have a cordless microphone you can use for speeches etc. We are also happy to work closely with your MC and cue the special songs at special moments throughout the reception
